ISO liferafts 9650-1 have service intervals of 3-years for recreational and 1-year for MNZ survey.

Certified independent service stations span New Zealand, Fiji, Vanuatu, Samoa, the Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Papua New Guinea, and Australia, with regular servicing contractors visiting Tonga and the Cook Islands.

They are also serviced in Europe through localised marine safety networks and certified independent service stations.
